Nassau, The Bahamas - Young drummers had the chance to showcase their rhythm in the Best Junkanoo Drummer sub-genre, during the E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival New Providence Adjudications, held at the Church of God Auditorium, Joe Farrington Road, on March 10, 2020.  Of note, along with a number of second-generation drummers and two female drummers were two students from Treasure Cay, Abaco, who now reside in the capital.  Instrumental Music Adjudicator Lou Adams commended the drummers and encouraged them to listen to other legendary Junkanoo drummers, in order to assist in their finding their own Junkanoo beat styles.  (BIS Photos / Eric Rose)
