Eight Mile Rock Students visit OAS and Bahamas Embassy in Washington

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- His Excellency Dr. Eugene Newry, Bahamas Ambassador to the United States, is pictured outside the Organization of American States (OAS) headquarters, 17th Street & Constitution Avenue, N.W., on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, with Mr. Ivan Butler, Principal of Eight Mile Rock High School in Grand Bahama, and a group from Eight Mile Rock High who are currently visiting Washington, D.C., including several members of this year’s graduating class. They had earlier visited the Embassy of The Bahamas, 2220 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., and also paid a courtesy call Ms. Paulette Zonicle, Bahamas Consul General to Washington, D.C., at the Bahamas Embassy Consular Annex, 1025 Vermont Avenue, N.W.
