EXEMPTED BUSINESSES AND UNDERTAKINGS N0.3

Pursuant to Order 5 (1) (m) of the Emergency Powers (Covid 19)(No. 2) Order, 2020 I HEREBY exempt the following businesses from the provisions of Order 5-

laundromats and wash houses from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where possible, only essential workers necessary for the performance of the core functions of the business mentioned above are to be utilized, while adhering at all times to physical distancing requirements specified in the Order.
REMOVAL OF EXEMPTED BUSINESSES AND UNDERTAKING
The list of businesses and undertakings exempted on the 25th March, 2020 is hereby amended by the deletion and substitution of item 12 as follows -

(12)Any businesses that provide property management and/or maintenance services, not involving dealings with the general public may operate PROVIDED THAT the above businesses shall not be open to the general public and such services do not include any landscaping service. All protocols stipulated in the Order, including physical distancing are to be maintained.

EXEMPTED BUSINESSES AND UNDERTAKINGS NO. 5

Pursuant to Order 5 (1) (m) of the Emergency Powers (Covid l 9)(No. 2) Order, 2020 I HEREBY exempt the following businesses from the provisions of Order 5 -

The Department of Road Traffic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the purpose of facilitating the registration and licensing of motor vehicles;
general insurance companies and brokers from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the purpose of facilitating the issuance of certificates of insurance for motor vehicle, registration and licensing;
pharmacies from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.,

provided that only essential workers necessary for the performance of the core functions of the businesses mentioned above are to be utilized, while adhering at all times to the physical distancing requirements specified in the Order.
