GEORGE TOWN, Exuma, The Bahamas -- The singing talents of female Exuma residents shone brightly, during the recent E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival adjudications at the St. Andrew’s Community Centre in George Town.  St. Andrew’s Anglican School student Naima Nixon sang “Second Hand Rose” from the musical “Funny Girl”, while George Town Primary school girls formed a choir -- backed up by the boys on percussion -- to sing “This Land is My Land”.  Teacher Sade Turnquest rounded out the performances when she sang as a community entrant “Never Enough” from the musical movie “The Greatest Showman”.  All three entrants garnered high marks, with Ms. Turnquest earning a score higher than 95 out of 100 for her rousing rendition.  (BIS Photos/Eric Rose)
