Nassau, The Bahamas - The first contestant for the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant Miss France Cloe Martaud arrives at Lynden Pindling International Airport, Thursday, July 30. Miss Bahamas 2009 Kiara Sherman warmly welcomes Miss France to The Bahamas.  

She was greeted by Miss Bahamas Universe, Kiara Sherman;  Ministry of Tourism, Director, On Land Communication, Janet Johnson; and President of Miss Bahamas Universe, Gaynell Rolle, and other members of Tourism.
