Hurricane Irma Update on Bahamas Offices in Atlanta, Haiti, and Cuba

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to advise that The Bahamas Consulate General in Atlanta will be closed Monday and Tuesday, 11 and 12 September, respectively.

The Bahamas Embassy in Haiti, and the Consulate General in Miami are also closed until further notice.

The Bahamas Embassy in Cuba will resume normal office hours, Monday, 11 September.

The Ministry further wishes to report that all staff of these offices have reported that they are okay, as well as other Bahamians who have registered with the respective offices, and with whom the staff have been able to make contact.

The Ministry will provide further updates when available.
