Lower Deadman's Cay Primary brings Drama to the National Arts Festival

LOWER DEADMAN'S CAY, Long Island, The Bahamas - Lower Deadman's Cay students Sasha Fox and prefect Brianna Moore recited their way into the E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival Long Island Adjudications, as it made its first stop on the island, on May 13, 2019.  Drama Adjudicator and Cultural Icon Philip Burrows gave the students pointers and encouragement, while Senior Cultural Officer with responsibility for the Festival, Sonovia Pierre, spoke to teachers of different grade levels about what their students can do to enter more disciplines next year.  (BIS Photos / Eric Rose)
