The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to congratulate Mrs. Patricia Minnis, Wife of the Prime Minister, on her attaining the position as the new chair of the Spouse of CARICOM Leaders Action Network (SCLAN). Under her strong leadership, the growth of awareness on matters pertaining to children and women will reach new heights. The Ministry commends her on her accomplishments and wishes her success during her tenure at her new post.
