ELEUTHERA, Bahamas - The National
Development Plan Secretariat visited the island of Eleuthera July 27-29, and
will go on to Fresh Creek, Andros, for the rest of the week. In Central Andros they will tour
establishments and meet with local government officials, community stakeholders,
