NORTH ANDROS, The Bahamas - The E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival got a taste of the talent in North Andros schools, as its adjudicators visited schools in that area, Monday, March 4, 2019.  At the Clara E. Evans Primary School, students showed their recitation skills, while students at Lowe Sound Primary created arts and craft items and there was an impressive singing performance by 10-year-old Shemar Johnson.  At the Bertram A. Newton Primary School in Red Bays, students sang as a choir to a drum beat; and Mastic Point Primary showed their range in visual arts, dance, singing and drama.  The E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival is slated to be in Andros for the upcoming week and is heading to New Providence the following week.  (BIS Photos/Eric Rose)
