NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Governor General His Excellency the Most Hon. Cornelius A. Smith welcomed board members of the Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) in a courtesy call at Government House, September 13, 2019.

NASSAU, The Bahamas -- The Ministry of Health welcomed Pan American Health Organization Director Dr. Carissa Etienne on September 13, 2019. Dr. Etienne participated in meetings with Minister of Health, the Hon. Dr. Duane Sands and PAHO Country Representative Dr. Esther de Gourville at the Ministry. Ministry of Health and PAHO team members were also present, in discussions on the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian.
