Police join Stapledon Crime Watch for Neighbourhood Walkabout

Nassau, The Bahamas - Assistant Commissioner of Police Theophilus Cunningham, Superintendent of Police and National Neighbourhood Watch Council (NNWC) National Coordinator Wilton Johnson, NNWC Chairman Keno Wong, and representatives of the NNWC Stapledon Gardens Community Association joined with members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force for a walkabout in the community, on February 4, 2021.  They spoke to residents and handed out fliers on topics such as crime prevention, health tips, and the NNWC.  Among those taking part included Chief Supt. Mark Barrett, and Supt. Stacy Bowe-Curry; and -- from the Stapledon Association -- President Lakell Johnson, Vice-President Jouette Smith, Vice-President Tomar Higgs, board member in charge of Data Keeping Cheryl Haven, and other members.  (BIS Photos / Eric Rose)
