At a graduation ceremony of 35 new doctors of the University of the West Indies School of Clinical Medicine and Research, The Bahamas, Governor General His Excellency the Most Hon. Cornelius A. Smith (centre) brought the keynote address.  Prime Minister the Most Hon.
