Prime Minister Minnis Visits Police Stations

Nassau, The Bahamas - On Thursday, December 24, 2020,  Prime Minister Minnis (left) visited eight police stations throughout Nassau, including the stations on Nassau Street, Quakoo Street, The Grove, South Beach, Carmichael, DEU, Cable Beach and the Airport police station.  The Prime Minister wanted to encourage the officers and thank them for all of their hard work throughout the pandemic. He spoke about the developing housing subdivisions and that some lots will be reserved for law enforcement officers.   He also reminded the officers that the 10pm curfew will remain throughout the holidays.  (BIS Photo/Yontalay Bowe)
