RBPF Holds New Year's Boil

Nassau, The Bahamas - Commissioner of Police Anthony Ferguson and his senior officers held the traditional Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) New Year's Boil at the Paul Farquharson Conference Centre, at Police Headquarters, on January 5, 2019. It was attended by Prime Minister, Dr. the Most Hon. Hubert Minnis; Minister of National Security the Hon. Marvin Dames; Acting Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of National Secretary Eugene Poitier; Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Senator the Hon. Carl Bethel, QC; Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Lanisha Rolle; and Minister of State for Legal Affairs the Hon. Elsworth Johnson.  Also joining the Force for the event were Commander of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Commodore Tellis Bethel; retired senior RBPF officers, and members of the clergy.  (BIS Photos/Eric Rose)
