STATE RECOGNIZED FUNERAL FOR THE LATE DR. CALSEY W. JOHNSON
                       
Road Closure:

State Recognized funeral service for the late Dr. Calsey Willmore Johnson, former Senator, Veteran Broadcaster and Diplomat which will be held at 11:00am on Friday, 8th November, 2019 at Rhodes Memorial Methodist Church, Montrose Avenue.

On completion of the viewing, the Procession will travel East on Bay Street to Armstrong Street, south on Armstrong Street to Montrose Ave, south on Montrose Ave to Rhodes Memorial Methodist Church.

ROAD CLOSURE:

From 8:00 am until after the funeral service on Friday, 8th November the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:

    (a) Kenwood Street between Mount Royal and Montrose Avenue.

On completion of the service, the Procession will assemble in front of the church on Montrose Ave. It will travel south on Montrose Ave to Wulff Road. East on Wulff Road to Soldier Road, south on Soldier Road to Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery.

NO PARKING

From 9:00 am until after the completion of the service no vehicle will be permitted to park on Kenwood Street.

PARKING

Parking will be permitted on the church property, front and back sections, not obstructing driveways or residential properties.

INFORMATION

Remembrance Day Service will be held on Sunday, 10th November, 2019 at 11:00 am at Christ Church Cathedral, George Street.

ROAD CLOSURE

From 10:00 a.m. until after the service, at Christ Church Cathedral the following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:-

(a)     DUKE STREET BETWEEN CUMBERLAND AND MARKET STREETS;

(b)     PRINCESS STREET BETWEEN FREDRICK AND MARKET STREETS;

(c)     SHIRLEY STREET BETWEEN FREDRICK AND EAST STREETS;

(d)     PARLIAMENT STREET BETWEEN EAST HILL AND BAY STREETS

(e)     BANK LANE BETWEEN SHIRLEY AND BAY STREETS.

TRAFFIC DIVERSION

From 7:00 a.m. until after the service no vehicle will be permitted to park on the following streets:-

(a)  GEORGE STREET BETWEEN BAY AND DUKE STREETS, BOTH SIDES;

(b)  PARLIAMENT STREET BETWEEN EAST HILL STREETS AND WOODES RODGERS WHARF BOTH SIDES

(c)  BANK LANE BETWEEN SHIRLEY AND BAY STREETS, BOTH SIDES
