The Tourism Development Corporation (TDC) has toured several islands to check the pulse of Crystal Cruises' homeporting to determine how businesses have been impacted. The islands visited included Long Island, San Salvador and Exuma. TDC officials also shared its initiatives with business owners including the introduction of the Bahamas Association of Shore Experiences (BASE), the OAS/CHTA Disaster Resilience for small tourism enterprises (STEs), the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) Safe Stamp and Community-based Tourism.
