Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Darren Henfield Thursday 25th May received a courtesy call from the Charge D'Affaires of the United States in The Bahamas, Ms. Lisa Johnson. Minister Henfield and Charge Johnson spent time discussing matters of mutual interest between The Bahamas and the United States. The Minister took the opportunity to brief the American diplomat on various new and continuing initiatives being undertaken at the Ministry. The Minister noted that he looked forward to the continuation of the traditional warm relations between the U.S. and The Bahamas.
