Coronie, Suriname - H.E. Reuben Rahming, Ambassador of The Bahamas to the Republic of Suriname, toured apiaries and coconut oil productions sites in the Coronie District during a visit to the Republic of Suriname on Wednesday 14 March, 2018.  The Ambassador who had presented his Letters of Credential to the H.E. Desiré Delano Bouterse, at a Ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Paramaribo on Tuesday 13 March, was interested in the potential of both sectors for both the importation of these products into The Bahamas and the training of Bahamians in these agriculture sectors.  The Ambassador met with officials from the beekeeping company ‘Faboesi,’ the largest honey producer in the country, toured the newly established ‘Bee Information Centre’ in Welgelegen and met with Administrator Ricardo Vries, in addition to paying a courtesy call on District Commissioner Remie Tarnadi.  H.E.
