St. Lucian PM & Minister for Finance to present estimates of Revenue and Expenditure 2020/2021

Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Economic Growth, Job Creation, External Affairs and the Public Service, Honourable Allen Chastanet, will on Wednesday 29th April 2020 present Saint Lucia’s Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for 2020/2021 at 10:00AM.

The following Motion is down for consideration when the House of Assembly Meets:

BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Assembly do adopt the Report of the Standing Finance Committee on the Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 2020/2021 in the sum of ONE BILLION, SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN MILLION, THREE HUNDRED AND TWELVE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,697,312,800) as a charge against the Consolidated Fund and other funds of the State of Saint Lucia.

Please note that in keeping with the protocols established by the authorities for management of the Coronavirus virus (COVID 19) crisis and with a view to ensuring that there are established protocols, members of the public will not be allowed in the Chamber Gallery during the Sittings.

The public can view the live proceedings on the National Television Network (NTN), channel 122, Government of Saint Lucia Facebook and YouTube.
