Mr. & Ms. Jack Hayward Sr. High Pageant Held

Freeport, Bahamas - On Feb 1, 2019, Jack Hayward Senior High School held its first official full blown Mr. & Ms. Jack Hayward Senior High School Talent Pageant and Coronation. This is the second year that JHSH embarked upon this venture. However, this is the first year that the school decided to upgrade to a full blown pageant. Pageant chairperson and Senior Mistress, Afrika Karamo-Miller stated her excited and delight in the interest and the improvement in the direction  and proclaimed that "we are excited to keep on growing and expanding." She expressed a deep gratitude to the co- director and choreographer, Darrol Stubbs for his patience, dedication and vision to move the pageant in and upward direction. "We look forward to even a grander scale next year!" Pageant contestants were awarded in the following areas: Best Talent, Best Speech, Best Evening/Formal Wear, Best Wildcat Pride Wear, and Impromptu Response. Special Recognition was given for the popular vote on Social Media.
