Adaline's parents captured this precious moment between their baby girl Adaline and Pope Francis in February 2014.

During a recent vacation the Adams family who have resided in Grand Bahama Island for over the past three years stopped in Italy and visited the Vatican one particular Wednesday in February where the Pope was to be present.

Before the couple knew it, Pope Francis was holding their baby Adaline and giving her a kiss!

"I think we were just in the right spot at the right time," said Adaline's mom, Kelley.  "We were right up alongside the barrier, somehow we moved our way up their.  The Pope came by in the Popemobile and I held the baby up (everyone was holding something, kids, beads, flags, a cup of coke a cola, etc). The security guard grabbed Adaline and took her to the Pope where he kissed her and loved on her a bit. We were close enough that I could touch him."

"The feeling is simply amazing. While I'm not catholic my husband was baptized and his family if very catholic. It doesn't matter if you aren't you can feel it, its like something you can't explain, the moment was amazing."

"The night before I had sent a message to two friends and said I thought Adaline would be blessed by the Pope," and she was.

Luckily they had their camera ready and captured the lovely and unforgettable moment with the Pope.
