Grand Bahama Island - Due to the passage of Hurricane Dorian and the devastation left in its wake, Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (CELEARN) of University of The Bahamas-North has advised that it has had to postpone the start of their professional development courses.

While they were initially scheduled to begin on Saturday, 28, September 2019, they will now tentatively begin November 2, 2019 to ensure students are able to pursue courses of interest.

"We are committed to providing as best as we can a sense of normalcy and can assure our students that we are here to provide the resources and support needed," said the University of The Bahamas statement.
