Activities in celebration of the 44th Anniversary of Independence of The Bahamas

The Bahamas High Commission in Canada wishes to inform Bahamians and friends of The Bahamas that an error was made in the email sent out yesterday, July 28, 2017.
The event at the Toronto Police Headquarters is scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 11:00 am, and not Sunday, July 15, 2017, as stated in the previous emails.

In this regard, the High Commission wishes to apologize for the mistake and is resubmitting the activities for your information and participation.

1. Church Service at 10:30am
Church service and special tribute in honour of Bishop Shelton Beneby at the Toronto New Covenant Church, 255 Blantyre Avenue, Toronto, ON M1N 2S2.

2. Gospel Concert at 7pm
A Gospel Concert will take place at the Praise Cathedral Worship Center, Mississauga, Ontario. The Bahamas Brass Band will be featured.
