Washington, D.C. - Mr. Oswald T. Brown, former Press, Cultural Affairs and Information Manager with The Bahamas Embassy in Washington, D.C., and his wife Mrs. Elisabeth Ann Brown paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Sidney Collie, the new Bahamas Ambassador to the United States and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS), on Friday, November 17, 2017, at the Embassy of The Bahamas, 2220 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. Mr. Brown (left) used the occasion to present Ambassador Collie with a copy of his recently published novel WOES OF LIFE.
