Celeste Marshall wins Best Costume and 1st Runner up at Top Model of the World

El Gouna, Egypt - After two weeks in the hot Egyptian sun, Bahamas' Celeste Marshall's amazing adventure in El Gouna has come to a fantastic close.  Not only did she win the Best National Costume at the Top Model of the World competition, but she went on to become 1st runner up!

Taking the 2015 title, Top Model of the World was Kosmina Elena of Ukraine, and 2nd runner up was Irene Vasquez of Venezuela.

Celeste national costume was dubbed "Sun Goddess" to represent the Bahamian sun and after winning that segment she thanked the Bahamas Masqueraders for a winning design created by Tonz Dean.

"See you May 2016 for the 2nd ‪#‎BahamasJunkanooCarnival"‬ said her official facebook page. "I am so happy to represent my country."

Top Model of the World falls under the World Beauty Organization umbrella, and and began in 1993 in Miami / USA. Over 50 countries competed this year.  More information at topmodeloftheworld.com
