NEW YORK - H.E. Dr. Elliston Rahming (fifth from right), Permanent Representative of The Bahamas to the United Nations and the Organisation of American States (OAS), on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, hosted the first UN CARICOM Caucus meeting since The Bahamas assumed chairmanship of the Caucus at the beginning of this month. The Caucus was briefed on several important matters pertinent to the Eastern European region by the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Pavlo Klimkin.
