NEW YORK - His Excellency Dr. Elliston Rahming (center), Bahamas Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS), in his capacity as Chair of the CARICOM Caucus to the UN and on behalf of the Caucus, presents a heartfelt farewell citation to outgoing UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon on Tuesday, December 12, 2016. This historic event marks the first time a UN Secretary-General has ever visited Bahamas House. At right is H.E. Mr. Keith Marshall, Permanent Representative of Barbados to the U.N.
