New York, NEW YORK - Supermodels of the Bahamas are on day two of their stay in the Big Apple and are enjoying a fast paced and busy schedule.
After a welcome party after arriving on August 11th the models have participated in a test shoot with European photographer "Tohr", and have had fittings with designer Paul Laurence.
Photos here are provided by Supermodel of the Bahamas organization. Female Supermodel of the Bahamas is Miss Peandra Knowles and male Supermodel of the Bahamas is Mr. Sinardo Deleveaux.
The young models will
be on the runway in New York Fashion Week 2010 showcasing for Marco Hall, and will participate in a photo
shoot for designer Paul Laurence, a photo shoot with Essence Magazine, and will be guests on the Wendy Williams Show.
The group is being hosted by Kendell Monroe.
On September 14th they both will have a photo shoot with Essence Magazine.
Supermodel of the Bahamas is similar to America's
Next Top Model in that it discovers new faces, most of whom have never
modeled before. The candidates are then trained and pushed to perform,
whereupon it becomes obvious after photo shoots, runway shows, and
interviews, who is made for the life of a model. http://www.
