McMahon Campbell, Founder, Kamalamee Organization surprises former Miss Bahamas, Elizabeth Bridges nee Knowles with a large presentation of the Ebony cover from 1968.

The Kamalamee Organization unveiled a vintage 1968 Ebony Magazine with the then Miss Bahamas Elizabeth Bridges nee Knowles as the Cover Girl recently.

The 48 year old Magazine took 3 years to acquire with a value of $970.00 due to hiring auction agents and shipping cost.

After the honour, Mrs Knowles wrote to founder of the Kamalamee Organization, McMahon Campbell: "To my dear amazing friend, McMahon, thank you for creating such an incredible moment in my life! When you told me you had a portrait for me to unveil I could not imagine what you had in mind. But I should have known that, in your usual grand style, you were up to something spectacular! The instant of unveiling was indescribable. Memories I hadn't visited for so many years flashed through my mind. I remembered so clearly the photo shoot in downtown Nassau with the Ebony production crew. Being a young 18-year old, reigning Miss Bahamas, this experience was the beginning of a very exciting time in my life."
