"I just want to say how grateful and overwhelmed I am. I want to first thank God for ordering my steps throughout this journey," said Miss Culmer on Facebook. "My family & friends for supporting me and keeping my sane lol. Thanks to my district directors (Sharon Rolle & Deanna North) and my speech coach (Kerel Pinder) for not giving up on me. Everyone that has supported me from monet ary to even words of encouragement.
