Nassau, Bahamas - The Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA) issues this Notice in accordance with section 8(1)(e) of the Communications Act, 2009. URCA hereby advises the public that the 2017 Fee Schedule is now available. Interested persons may view the schedule on URCA’s website or pick up a copy from URCA’s office in Frederick House on Frederick Street, New Providence.
This Fee Schedule does not apply to the Electricity Sector (ES). The 2017 Fee Schedule for the ES will be published once the consultation on the methodology is completed.
