USCG Officer pays Courtesy Call on Acting Commander Defence Force

Coral Harbour Base, (RBDF): Captain Joseph McGilley, Commanding Officer United States Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Florida paid a courtesy call on Acting Commander Defence Force, Captain Raymond King at the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Headquarters on February 11th, 2020.

During the visit, Captain McGilley and Captain King discussed matters of mutual interests. Also in attendance were Lieutenant Commander Justin Matejka, US Coast Guard Liaison Officer with the Department of Homeland Security Attaché along with other US Coast Guard Officers. They were also introduced to the RBDF’s Senior Command.

To culminate the visit, both parties exchanged pleasantries.

The Royal Bahamas Defence Force values its international partners and will continue to do its part in safeguarding our nation.
