World Day of Prayer services for Nassau, Bahamas

World Day of Prayer will take place on March 6th, 2015, and this year focuses on The Bahamas.
If you are planning to be in New Providence, The Bahamas, for the World Day of Prayer celebrations, here is the schedule of the activities. All are welcome.

Tuesday, March 3, 9 am - Children’s Services at Baptist Schools

Thursday, March 5, 7 am - Worship Service to welcome the beginning of World Day of Prayer in the earth, as the day begins at the International Date Line, seventeen hours before it begins in The Bahamas. Venue: Salvation Army Citadel, Mackey Street (near Shirley Street)

Thursday, March 5, 1pm - Worship Service at PACE – upstairs, Central Gospel Chapel, Dowdeswell & Christie Streets

Friday, March 6 - WORLD DAY OF PRAYER
Morning - Schools throughout The Bahamas to hold the 2015 Children’s Service at Morning Assemblies. Children and teachers will wear WDP T-shirts. Some schools will be visited by WDP members.

12:00 noon - Launching of the 2015 first-day cover postage stamps at the Post Office, East Hill Street, Nassau

7:00 pm - WORSHIP SERVICE at ZION BAPTIST CHURCH, East & Shirley Streets, Nassau
