Grand Bahama Island - The annual Premier League Summer Soccer Camp is enjoyed each year in Freeport at the Football Rugby Club by almost 200 children. This year was no exception!
Despite the high humidity, hot temperatures and odd rain or thunderstorm, Grand Bahama soccer kids came out each day ready for more.
Ten teams were formed this year, and each team worked with at least two coaches throughout the week, as the visiting UK coaches came around to add their skills and enthusiasm to the training and fun.
At the end of the week one player from each team is selected by the coaches. This player could display the best effort, attitude, sportsmanship, skills, etc. and is given a trophy for their outstanding behavior.
