The Eleuthera Junior Baseball League of Rock Sound played week #3 games in Spanish Wells

Spanish Wells, Eleuthera - The Eleuthera Junior Baseball League of Rock Sound played week #3 games in Spanish Wells.

In game #1 Coach Pitch Division, the Spanish Well Hook n’ Jooks defeated Rock Sound Coco Plums 6 to 2 in an exciting game.

Then in game #2 Minor Division the Spanish Wells Sluggers defeated the Green Castle Dragons 12 to 6. However, the Dragons showed tremendous improvement since last year. Luke Boykin went 3 for 3 and got the win for the Sluggers.

In game #3 Junior Division the Spanish Wells Sting-Rays defeated the Tarpum Bay Tarpons 8 to 1. The Sting-Rays held a 2 to 1 lead until the sixth inning. The Tarpum Bay Tarpons are new comers to the league this year but the made an impressive showing. Dominic Pinder got the win for the Sting-Rays.

 

Play continues next weekend in Rock Sound.

·       Game 1 – Tee Ball : Tarpum Bay Mosquitoes  vs   Rock Sound Sea Grapes

·       Game 2 – Minor Division : Rock Sound Marlins  vs   Green Castle Dragons

·       Game 3 – Junior Division : Rock Sound StingRays  vs   Tarpum Bay Teenagers

·        Game 4 - Minor Division: Tarpum Bay Tarpons  vs   Rock Sound Marlins
