Nassau, Bahamas - Beautiful Warrior is a collection of graphite drawings and mixed media paintings on paper and wood. and nature's color palette, finding the beauty in strength, struggle and triumph and in the little things too often taken for granted. A visual voice is given to those who have been through their share of darkness but choose to shine and spread their light anyway. They find comfort in knowing that their strength is beyond measure, their tears remind them that they are human, their journey reminds them that they are strong. Their beauty is undeniable from the inside and out. They are Beautiful Warriors.

The opening reception for Beautiful Warrior will be held Friday November 14th, from 6-9PM at Hillside House & Gallery, 25 Cumberland St., Nassau, Bahamas. The show will run through November 28th, 2014.  This collection of work is inspired by the stories of women.
