Freeport, Grand Bahama - Grand Bahama Garden of the Groves welknown Art Class 2019 by Angelika Siska on Sunday March 10th, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. proudly presents the works of the group of painters Thea Albert, Eva von Albedyhll, Suzanne Baker, Virginia Caferata, Eva Dehmel, Mary Lips, Arlene Kerber, Nicole Krapac, Karen Matlack, Jo Morasco, Susan Jensen Sweeting, Jane Jensen, Jennifer Campbell, Rose Marie Voakes, Cali Veilleux, Gail Woon and Del Foxton.

This year’s inspiration was Vincent van Gogh and his creations under the sun in landscapes especially in southern France. It is easy to compare the light on Grand Bahama Island with the light in Provence. The beauty of the botanical Garden called Garden of the Groves on Grand Bahama Island is a powerful creative support for painters since Erika Gates has developed this beautiful and half forgotten rare gem. We are grateful to have been invited by her now in our 11th year.
