Nassau art exhibition to aid Seahorse Institute during Autism Awareness Month

Nassau, Bahamas  - Enjoy Art and Food -- April is Autism Awareness Month. Are you aware of how many children and adults in the Bahamas are affected by autism and where they can go for specialist help?

In Nassau, the Seahorse Institute on Soldier Road, is a beautiful school that specifically caters to those who are challenged by autism spectrum disorders and the school is in need of your support. To help fund the diverse programs on offer, the Seahorse Institute, Le Petit Gourmet and artists from Nassau and Grand Bahama Island are joining forces and hosting a fabulous evening, Art From the Heart on April 16th of good wine, great food and inspiring art!

To go along with a crisp glass of wine, chef Julie Knowles will create mouth-watering appetizers such as, Mini beef Wellingtons, Smoked Salmon Roulades, Lobster Thermidors, Grilled Shrimps, Lamb Mini Macs and Cheese Bites, Chili Chicken Kebabs, Crab Cakes and a few more surprises. And there will be fabulous pieces of art for auction, donated by Claudette Dean, Paula Boyd Farrington, Julie Hoyle, Tina Klonaris-Robinson and Gloria Rodriguez.
