Bahamas International Film Festival names Chaz Ebert its 2014 Tribute Award honoree in Harbour Island, Bahamas

Nassau, Bahamas – November 23, 2014 – The Bahamas International Film Festival (BIFF) announced today that Chaz Hammelsmith Ebert, the widow of film review specialist Roger Ebert, will be on hand to receive the Tribute Award in Harbour island, Eleuthera.

Mrs. Ebert is the Chairman and CEO of the Ebert Companies, including publisher of Rogerebert.com, and manages print publishing, television production, public speaking engagements, and organizes the annual Ebertfest film festival.She is also a producer, known for Ebert Presents At The Movies and Cannes Retrospectives. She is currently a subject of "Life Itself," the documentary about the life of Roger Ebert.

Chaz Ebert will be on hand for a special Tribute presentation on Saturday, December 13, at Pink Sands Resort in Harbour Island Eleuthera.

BIFF will be showing the film about Roger Ebert called LIFE ITSELF, in Harbour Island, Eleuthera, December 13 at Pink Sands Resort at 4pm.
