Bahamas Spring Break 2014 from Alex Smith on Vimeo.

Each year scores of students head to the beaches of The Bahamas to enjoy their Spring Break.  It's a busy peak time for The Bahamas to cater to the needs of the young who are seeking the ultimate vacation from studying.

The following video, "Spring Break Bahamas 2014" captures the essence of Spring Break through the eyes of filmmaker, Alex Smith as he takes you on a journey from secluded beaches, underwater shots, boating, parties on the beach exposing all the beauty that can only be 'Bahamas'. The video also takes you into the nightlife at Aura Nightclub at Atlantis.

"
A company called Student City contracted me to promote their travel packages for Spring Break," said Smith. "The video was shot in Nassau, Bahamas all over Paradise Island and Sandy Toes. It took about 7 days of shooting and about 3 weeks of editing to produce. The whole video was shot and edited by me in which could be credited Alex Smith Studio. I really wanted to capture the energy coming from the students and apply it to the video in which the viewer can really feel like they are right there on spring break with them!"

According to his website, "Alex Smith creates video and photo innovations and is committed to developing top-quality, and creative works of art. Clients & artists worked with include T.I., B.o.B, Travis Porter, Life in Color (DayGlow), Red Bull, Student City, Carl Black, Warped Tour, Opera Night Club, and many more. Alex graduated from Auburn University majoring in Radio, Television, and Film. His passion for film-making inspires people and captures the true emotions through the lens of a camera."
