“Do Ya Job” is the first release by Bahamian artist, Guidance from his upcoming project titled “Musical Militant.”

Having drawn inspiration from his own experiences, as well as observing what was going on around him, the message he was trying to communicate was made clear in his lyrics. The song speaks to anyone in a position of power or authority, basically stating that if you have a job to do…simply get it done, without the distractions, corruption, and broken promises.

“We all have a voice, and I wanted to use mine to express that the ‘bigger heads’ have a responsibility to do what the people put them their to do. And the name of the song expresses just that…Do Ya Job.”
