TONY McCARTNEY

Born in April 18th 1985, Mr McCartney was the product of a beautiful mother and father. His father, a popular DJ of almost 40 years (TJ the DJ) exposed him to music and his mother an actress at heart. From the age of 12, He started performing on stage in elementary, honing his craft to become what he is today.  At age 15, he know that his life would revolve around the arts, stage, film, tv and music. From he left high school, he planned to relocate to NY and got a job as a bank teller in 2003. His plans met with disaster when a failed investment ruin his goal. However, he continued to work on projects (local and international) scoring parts in major productions such as "Into The Blue" and most notably "Casino Royale" . In 2008, he met with extreme difficulty being robbed of his car at gunpoint. This same year he also became seriously ill and nearly died.

However at age 26, Tony McCartney is considered a local veteran in his field and has performed in over 20 productions, including stage, film, tv shows, live concerts, voice overs, local films and songs as R & B persona "Rohmayo". His most current work includes appearances in the local facebook vlog series "Taps Vlogs" and the most recent British Colonial Hilton commercial spot. He has traveled up and down the streets of Los Angeles, networking with the entertainment community there. He has found what he calls "belonging" there and plans to move in the coming years.
