Nassau, Bahamas -   ArtOvation with TaDa  is a weekly one-hour radio show covering Issues, interviews and introspection related to the developing and emerging arts and entertainment industries of the Bahamas.

The iCreate Music All Access Seminar is a MUST attend event for persons wishing to further their careers in the music industry. This one day seminar will take place on Saturday August 20th at The Lucayan Room in The Sheraton resort in Nassau Bahamas and will feature A&R reps from Jay Z's Roc Nation, Warner Bros. Records and Sony ATV Music Publishing.

The seminar will consist of two informative panels giving attendees an inside look into the music business and what goes on behind the scenes as well as educating them about the business side of the industry. There will also be a listening session where a selected group of attendees will get the opportunity to play their music for the A&R's to receive feedback. The event closes out with a Beat Battle where a selected group of attendees (producers) battle their beats against one another to see who reigns supreme according to the A&R judges.

Omar Grant got his start in the music industry as the road manager for Destiny's Child. From there he went on to become A&R for EMI Music Publishing, where he worked with an A-list of producers and songwriters that include DJ Toomp, Rodney Jerkins, Bangladesh, Jim Johnson, and more. Most recently Omar held the position of Sr. Director of A&R at Epic Records on the urban side of the house, where he worked with acts like Jasmine V, Sean Kingston, and Nipsey Hussel.

Omar has also continued on as independent A&R for Kelly Rowland from his days with Destiny's Child. Omar is currently A&R'ing for Kelly and also looking for songs and tracks for a number of Roc Nation artists that include J. Cole, Bridget Kelly, and Rihanna.
