43rd Annual Conch Cracking Festival - October 12th

Grand Bahama, The Bahamas – The 43rd Annual Conch Cracking Festival is slated for Monday, October 12th National Heroes Day Holiday, beginning at 11am in McLean’s Town, Grand Bahama.  Elaine Smith of the Ministry of Tourism said during a press conference on Wednesday that this signature event is the perfect festival where family, friends and guests will gather to enjoy the best in conch cracking competitions, cultural traditions, games and musical entertainment. Residents are being encouraged to come and spent the day in McLean’s Town.
