Nassau, Bahamas - "Singularity Principle" a science fiction feature film has recently been shooting in Nassau. The film chose The Bahamas due to some scenes in the film taking place on a beach location. Director Austin Hines explains, "The final big images or scenes we need to cap off the film are on the beach." The video also feature an interview with co-producer, David Duranian.

The Bahamas embraces films from all genres says The Bahamas Film Commissioner, Craig Woods. "Our beaches are far the best in our region and match up to the best in the word," said Woods. The film also chose The Hub in Nassau for some of their scenes.

The film examines the science of parallel universes and whether the theory actually exists. "Singularity Principle" stars William B Davis of The X-Files fame and is scheduled to be released in 2012.
