Freeport, Bahamas - The Bahamas Weekly presents an interview with one of the marketing coordinators of the international travel, community service and performing arts group called Up With People, which provides young people with a renowned international education and an unmatched passageway to see the world, and which has been operating for over four decades.

Once primarily impacting communities through its musical productions, the current Up with People program addresses the very real need for young adults and leaders who have a global perspective, intercultural understanding, knowledge of worldwide social issues, leadership skills and a dedication to community service.

Brandon Serna, who has been with Up With People for 3 years explains how Grand Bahamians can become Host Families for the 1 00 incoming cast, from 21 countries, who will arrive on island on Saturday, February 19th. This cast will put on a Cultural Festival at the International Bazaar on Sunday, February 20 starting at 3pm and then will be involved in 3 full days of community service work with many of the local charities on the island.

Their trip culminates in a huge music and dance production themed, "A Song For the World" at the Jack Hayward High School Gymnasium on Thursday, February 24th at 7pm.

If you are interested in being a Host Family you will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the show.  It will be a night to remember!
