This week we head to the western end of New Providence Island in The Bahamas to take in the sites and smells of the Field to Fork Community Farm. A farm that is starting an organic trend here in the country with food that comes directly from our soil and onto your plate. Dre speaks to Selima Hauber of Field to Fork and takes you to the farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturday in May and June.

Dre also speaks with Brer Bookie Meat Co, which sells homemade, organic sausages with chicken, pork, beef and lamb. It has zero nitrates and zero hormones. My Bahamas Sponge company is also featured...

Everywhere Dre travels she tries the food. On a recent trip to Panama, she and her handy cell phone camera were able to capture a taste experience at a local eatery called Manolo Caracol. Check out the adventure in taste in this new episode where you will hear from Chef Manuel Madueno who speaks about the local ingredients in his cooking. 

Dre experienced an 8-course menu at Manolo Caracol starting with a unique bone marrow and caramelized onions. Dre also tasted cabbage wrapped in sea bass, and for dessert she tasted coconut and honey bread pudding in a sweet cream corn...

Nassau, Bahamas -  Dre' hits the eastern shores of Nassau to a search out a popular food truck in the Montague Area, Conchie Joe's. She samples the full menu of lunchtime favorites offered by the staff and dives deeper into the ever growing food truck culture.

Dre talks with owner, Jonathan who says they cater to the work-day lunch crowd. Lobster roll is one of their customer's favourite items on the menu.  Conchie Joe's is located at Montagu and opens around 11am and is open through to 3pm, Monday to Friday...

Nassau, Bahamas - In this week's episode of A Mouth Full takes foodies on a pizza tour! From cheesy toppings, to crunchy, bready crusts, meat, mushrooms and veggies galore, this episode dives you into the wonderful world of pizza and stops to three local pizzerias to get a mouth full of their popular Italian pies!

Our host, Dre begins her journey at the newly opened Wildfire Pizzeria in the Old Fort Plaza where one of the owners, Peter Gilcud schools Dre on why their pizza is already so popular. There she samples two of the menus hottest items: the Five Alarm Pizza and a pizza topped with duck!
