Russell Simmons is speaking out about putting a stop to animal cruelty in this commercial for animal-protection groups BeKind and the U.S. Humane Society.

“There’s nothing slick, cool or glamorous about dogfighting. If you know about dogfighting in your community and you don’t speak up, you’re guilty, too,” Simmons says in the public service announcement.

At the end of the announcement (streaming through YouTube.com) Francis Singer-Hayward (Bahamian resident and one of the founders of the Grand Bahama Humane Society) speaks as founder of "Be Kind"; along with Wayne Pacelle, President of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS).
