Nassau, Bahamas - The Oasis of the Seas, in one of the ports of call for the largest Royal Caribbean's cruise ship brings a video regarding their inaugural sailing into Nassau
which took place on December 11th, 20009.
In this video you will hear from the Captain William Wright, Sr. VP Marine Operations for Royal Caribbean; Bahamas Minister of Tourism, Vincent Vanderpool-Wallace; Director General of the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Vernice Walkine; the VP of Government Relations for Royal Caribbean, Michael Ronin; and Sr. VP Land Operations for Royal Caribbean, Craig Milan.
The Bahamas put in an investment of 30 million dollars into dredging the harbour to allow for this vessel, and the dredging project took 6 months.
